Editorial calendar series – roundup of posts

Jun 26, 2010 by

For those of you who came to my panel at the Evo Conference, welcome! For those of you who couldn’t join us, I spoke on Saturday June 26th, 2010 on Sales & Monetization for Bloggers with other PR and Media pros Stephanie Smirnov, Naomi Hirabayashi and Neil Chase. We had a great time putting the panel together and I really appreciate that you were willing to spend your time with us.

My portion of the panel was on bloggers presenting themselves to potential partners via media kits. One of my suggestions was that bloggers can up their level of professionalism and make their blogs more attractive to potential partners/advertisers by creating an editorial calendar; it helps to show that the blog has a content plan so that brands can easily see themselves fitting into that content.  Below is the presentation I shared on the panel.

I mentioned my ongoing series on editorial calendars and I thought it would be easier if I brought those posts together in one place.
